How does one build muscle while maintaining a low bodyfat percentage? - muscle percentage

Understanding is not easy, as the people of this extremely genetics. I have my body fat to 9% this summer, but I sacrificed, the muscle in the process. How to increase muscle mass, low body fat percentage?

Their food is ...
Eat 5 to 6 small meals per day to maintain the metabolism. Make sure they are rich in protein and low in fat. Carbohydrates are in good order.

Try the muscles confused mix the exercises each time the work of a group of muscles. I use the basic program and works very well. I also have a coach who trained in core training.

The key protein is high. You need a high protein meal, no less than 30 minutes after the workout.

Exercise regularly, while reducing your fat intake and increase your protein intake.

With weight. You can with weights. It takes time, and although we must be patient. It takes a lot to do.
