Depends if you received any indication, this pressure. If you experience symptoms or damage to other organs experience, it is a hypertensive emergency immediate treatment. Symptoms of organ damage include chest pain, stroke and symptoms (poor coordination, numbness, difficulty speaking), confusion, blurred vision, difficulty breathing or evidence of kidney damage. If you have these symptoms, it is considered hypertensive emergencies and blood pressure should be reduced gradually over time. I think you have no symptoms when your blood pressure is high, but certainly not got anything to panic. If this is the case of blood pressure should gradually decrease the current range and in no hurry to reduce it. It is really dangerous, lowers blood pressure too quickly, because they can trigger an attack. If you are in the emergency room and let you go, there's nothing more likely to fall into a panic. Call and discuss with your doctor. I am sure that your blood pressure will improve once you get your medICATIONS patch. If you have symptoms, you should go to the emergency room. Good luck.

Your blood pressure should not really greater than 120/80, but there are differences in the day in response to stress, diet and occupation, etc.
Yes, untreated blood pressure supports this amount, it is difficult, your kidneys, the blood that would have to win, and this is / DB, the only thing that can cause kidney disease. (Sometimes kidney disease can lead to hypertension)
Untreated hypertension at this level can also cause strokes and is implicated in heart disease and potential heart attack. (Called myocardial infarction in medicine)
Most hypertension is considered to be idiopathic form is a persistent blood pressure before and not remitted to the lowest level after sleep. Fortunately, there are many good medications that can help restore the blood pressure within normal limits.
You should consult your doctor and use that score. Stay in close contact with your doctor so that the adjustment of these medications taken as needed, especially in the first. CMEtion is often a prerequisite for life.
Fortunately, most hypertension are well managed and the patient thereafter. Best wishes.

You have stage 2 hypertension.
Your blood pressure 177/100 mmHg. The pulse pressure from 177 to 100 = maximum heart rate 77 mm Hg pressure 40 mmHg.
Research suggests that high pulse pressure is a powerful predictor of heart problems, especially for older adults. In general, a pulse pressure above 60 mmHg normal.
Please check your kidney function (albuminuria, creatinine, urea), heart (for left ventricular enlargement / hypertrophy) and the retina (hypertensive retinopathy).
Adoption of the DASH diet (Mediterranean diet).
Consult a cardiologist.

Whatever you do ..... Please do not take cayenne pepper! The increase in blood pressure! During a physical with an internist.

You need to occur in problems if you have caused your heart ETS. Stage heart failure, or 1.3 and / or early signs of kidney disease.

If you have no insurance because of layoffs, you can try several solutions for curezone.com

But be careful, it's something to do circurlatory with your system. Only a doctor can provide proof for the discovery. It is very important. Self-medication in the early stages of a disease is not wise. You should know what we are facing in order to remedy this situation with caution.

I hope the best for you!
