Low Glycemic Index What Is The Difference Between Low Glycemic Index And Low Glycemic Load?

What is the difference between low glycemic index and low glycemic load? - low glycemic index

Oh, and it is the same as a diabetic diet? in the confused, because the glycemic load of foods seems to be strict on the glycemic index of bread wheat. And wouldnt a diet remains the same as your blood sugar stable, is not it? What is three of the best? Is it wrong not to eat?
