Most Fertile Period When Will Be My Most Fertile Period? Is It True That It Is 10 Days Before And After Each Menstration?

When will be my most fertile period? Is it true that it is 10 days before and after each menstration? - most fertile period

When my time is normally 28 of each month and ends later, around 5 days if this will be my most fertile period and ovulation? I hate to be disappointed every time, my husband and I think the problem is with me when we (a few months of intensive sex try about 4 times per week), but so far no good news. Now I do not love so often, about 1-2 times a week, partly because of the grueling schedule of work.

Your most fertile time is just after ovulation. In order to track ovulation chart their fertility signs (rest of the time. And the discharge) and / or saliva test for "ferning".

Get a copy of Toni Weschler book fantastic, "take responsibility for their fertility." It explains everything much better and more accurately respond to rely on Yahoo.

no word as fertile period, usually ovulate 16 days after your period, but it's easier, here is a website www.mymonthlycycle.com this way you can keep track of your times and see when ovulation.

It's actually 12-14 days after the first day of the period ... count the first day of menstruation is the first day ... this account only if you Regualr a cycle. If not, then you need to keep track of the cycle and adjust accordingly. I saw a fertility specialist doctor to me this advice, and we Preggo after 6-9 months of the test. It was not easy, but it worked. Studies .. I also heard recenlty Try to avoid creating relationships of a few days earlier when his sperm count, the higher hormone levels in the morning so it may be a better time of day to try to imagine. There's nothing wrong to say hello Teddy!

We are all individuals and 10 days is only a guide ... not a definitive answer.

The only safe way is to start taking your temperature and record ... This is because our temperature rises slightly when an egg is released.

Here is a link to a simulator "useful to solve things.

Once you know when your most fertile time is, are you and your partner can focus your efforts.

Good luck.
