How accurate are those scales with body fat readers? - accurate scales
Thinking is always 1 for the track training. I am sure the scale is correct, but what sends the reader of body fat scales, the electrical signals through the feet. I do not really see how it would put the question to be decided. Alternatively, it is a better tool for measuring body fat? thx.

Everything depends on the type of scale. Tanita makes a home version of the type I use in my setup. The House version was $ 80 I bought for my installation was $ 1800.
