Isopure Protein Shake Protein Shake?

Protein Shake? - isopure protein shake

First, I Goin 'to hit the gym have again added to a mass a few pounds 5-10. However, as I usually take Ectomorph Weight gain and protein drinks, most of them taste awful in the water, by Milk was (also) calories, but I'm lactose intolerant and still not really important for the taste.

Does anyone the best (natural) ISOPur protein (the bottle or mix dry)?

I know that seem to be the expense of lactose and fruit flavors in good taste, be spiced up a sports drink or something.

So, what is your opinion about the taste better to buy?

Try soy milk instead of cow's milk. The newer material is better tasting than it was twenty years ago. This should help the lactose intolerant.
Make sure in a diet that will keep high in protein, so hydrated not too hard on your kidneys.

I have not tried, but I tried to supplement (chocolate), drinking GNC protein is cool!

I like to take Herbalife protein shakes and other supplements. I try not to everyone to ask if I have all my health products in my profile! Volume personally, I only have my experience!

In my opinion, this is not so much because the weight is sometimes formed. Try to lean body mass. I use the Shapeworks program and really enjoy it. It's simple, easy, delicious and nutrition and gives me good health!
